For showing empathy, understanding and kindness to a fellow pupil and providing a listening ear and supportive shoulder to lean on during times of need.

Marco (L6th Form)

For incredibly detailed research whilst going around the UCAS Discovery Day, finding out which courses he was interested in, and speaking to the universities. He showed great initiative and a commitment to his own development.

Ramiro (5th Form)

For his excellent performance in assembly last month, playing with ease and great poise. His accuracy and the attention to detail in his performance was outstanding as well as a great achievement performing such a difficult piece. We also celebrate Ramiro’s excellent trial exam results and continued assiduous approach to his studies.

Zac (2nd Form)

Zac has been highly proactive with his learning and development of assistive technology skills. He is growing in confidence and has made real progress with his touch typing.

Lily (5th Form)

Enthusiasm, kindness, participation and empathy shown towards the residents at Bluebell residential home on several visits.

Thomas (1st Form)

Thomas has set high targets for himself this academic year and has been an exemplary pupil. He consistently puts tremendous effort into everything he undertakes, remaining polite, engaged, and determined in his approach to learning. In particular, he has shown admirable resilience when faced with personal challenges, continuing to work hard and maintain a positive attitude throughout the year. His perseverance and commitment have been truly impressive, and he thoroughly deserves recognition for his efforts.

James (3rd Form)

James has been a brilliant mentor to pupils from Prep this year during the Reading Rangers paired reading programme. He has shown a mature and responsible attitude throughout and is a great role model for our Year 6 pupils.

Arthur (3rd Form)

Arthur has flourished in his role volunteering for the Reading Rangers programme this year and has been responsible and organised throughout. He has been kind and helpful to our Year 6 pupils from Prep school and turns up every single week, without fail. Mrs Dyke appreciates his dedication!
