Year 6 Experience Day

The move from Prep to Senior School is a big step, and at Oswestry we make sure every pupil feels supported and excited about the journey ahead. Our Year 6 Experience Day on Wednesday 11th March 2026 is the perfect opportunity for pupils to discover life at Senior School, with a morning of lessons led by subject specialists and an afternoon of Senior Games. It is a day designed to build confidence, spark curiosity, and help pupils begin forming friendships that will carry them into First Form in September 2026.

What to Expect on the Day

​​​​​​Morning: Academic and practical lessons in a variety of subjects.

Afternoon: Join in with our Senior Games programme.

Times: 8.15am – 4.00pm (drop off & collection from the Senior School Library).

Parents: Opportunity to meet the Head of Lower School at the end of the day.
