Congratulations to the Oswestry Women and Girls Cricket team who have once again done the double – winning both the Shropshire Cricket Hardball and Shropshire Cricket Softball leagues for the second year running!
It all came down to the final two games of the season to secure the top spots, with Verity, Charlotte and Sienna playing key roles throughout. Having committed nearly every week since May, both Verity and Charlotte were selected for the final 8 to compete in the decisive matches.
Their dedication and determination have been outstanding, and it’s fantastic to see them playing such an important part in the continued success of Oswestry Cricket Club.
