On Wednesday 8th October, our SEND Ambassadors visited the Prep School to raise awareness about neurodiversity and to share more about their important role within the Senior School community.
Our ambassadors play a vital part in school life, supporting others in a variety of ways. They regularly speak at parent coffee mornings, offer support to neurodiverse pupils across the school, help to create and maintain the new Learning Support garden, assist with learning support interventions, and act as friendly tour guides and buddies for new starters.
We are also delighted to announce that some of our Prep pupils will soon be joining this initiative. They will be mentored by Senior School pupils as they begin their journey as Prep SEND Ambassadors.
It is truly inspiring to see our pupils living out the values and virtues of Oswestry School through compassion, leadership, and inclusion.
