Year 3 Become Vikings for the Day

Year 3 stepped back in time this week for a full Viking adventure. From sketching fierce warriors in Art to designing their own shields using foil, string and cardboard, pupils fully embraced life as young Norse explorers. They also created their own Viking artefacts out of clay, getting wonderfully messy in the process. It was a brilliant hands-on day filled with creativity, imagination and history brought vividly to life for our Prep pupils.
