Prep School's Harvest Festival

This week, our Prep School pupils gathered at St Oswald’s Church to celebrate the annual Harvest Festival. A cherished tradition that brings our school community together in gratitude and joy.

The service was a wonderful occasion filled with music, reflection, and togetherness. Pupils shared readings, prayers, and messages about thankfulness, kindness, and the importance of helping others. Their voices filled the church as they sang a selection of Harvest songs, each one reminding us of the season’s abundance and the value of generosity.

A special highlight came from our Key Stage 1 pupils, who performed the much-loved classic “Big Red Combine Harvester” with great enthusiasm and energy, much to the delight of everyone in attendance.

The morning was a beautiful reminder of the sense of community that makes Oswestry School so special. Our sincere thanks go to St Oswald’s Church for hosting us once again, and to all staff, pupils, and families who helped make the celebration so memorable.
