Hats on for Oswestry School Prep pupils in sorting hat ceremony!

Last Friday our Prep School pupils were allocated into one of our four school houses: Burnaby; Donne; Oswald; Spooner. 

I suppose we could have used a random generator to do the allocating, but it was far more fun to call on our good friends at Hogwarts - Profs McGonagall and Dumbledore - who flew in for the day with the famous Sorting Hat and duly undertook the honours. 

Combining tradition with a bit of drama (and a light sprinkling of magic), the kids absolutely loved it- they haven’t stopped talking about it ever since!
