On Tuesday 24 June, the school was alive with music, rhythm and applause as pupils from across the year groups came together for our spectacular Summer Concert. It was an evening bursting with talent, energy and sheer enjoyment, showcasing the wonderful breadth of musical life at Oswestry School.
The programme was as varied as it was impressive. The audience was treated to stirring performances from our orchestra, the lively beats of the Samba Band and the elegance of our string quartet. Vocal soloists and a talented duet captivated listeners with beautiful singing.
The concert also featured our vibrant rock bands from Key Stage 3, Prep and Key Stage 5, each bringing their own style and excitement to the stage. The Senior Choir and Prep Choir both performed with tremendous spirit and harmony, filling the hall with powerful sound.
The evening was brought together by the talented Blues and Boothby, leaving everyone with huge smiles and the joyful buzz that only live music can bring.
It truly was a night to remember, and a wonderful celebration of the dedication, creativity and passion of our pupils and staff.
