Oscar Plays for Denbigh U16 Hockey in NW qualifiers

Last Sunday Fifth Form pupil,Oscar,  was invited to play as goal keeper for Denbigh U16 Hockey Club in the North Wales qualifiers of the National Championships. This was a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with his teammates, having never trained or played with them before.  The team quickly gelled and after three matches - only conceding one goal - the Denbigh U16's team have progressed to the finals next year...
