Our U14 football girls recently had an unforgettable experience at St. George’s Park, the home of England’s national teams! This incredible football tour was packed with exciting opportunities, world-class training, and plenty of team bonding.
One of the standout moments was experiencing the state-of-the-art hydrotherapy facilities, including the underwater treadmill and hydrotherapy pool, just like the professionals! The girls gained insight into how elite athletes recover and train at the highest level.
On the pitch, the team showcased their skills in a competitive football tournament, battling against strong opposition. Their hard work and determination paid off as they finished runners-up, proudly receiving their well-deserved medals! A special congratulations to Connie (3rd Form) and Izzy (2nd Form), who were named Most Valuable Players of the tournament for their outstanding performances!
Beyond the competition, the team explored St. George’s Park’s top-class facilities, soaking in the inspiring surroundings of England’s premier training ground. From walking the same corridors as footballing legends to seeing the pristine pitches, it was a trip to remember.
Most importantly, the girls strengthened their friendships and created lasting memories, enjoying every moment together both on and off the pitch.
