It's a busy term for our performing arts team, with performance season in full swing! Our Dance Academy took to the stage for their annual dance showcase. A range of genres on show from Contemporary to Commercial dance with dancers from 5-18 years of age. It was a joyous occasion and showcased such a vast array of talent.

On Saturday the Lower school drama club showcased their play ‘Means Girls’ with Mrs Lane at the helm. A sassy performance as we watched teenagers figuring out the true meaning of friendship.

Finally on Monday saw KS1’s performance of the Kindest Giant in Town, starring our very own ‘Mr Blake’ and supported by Mrs Lane & Mrs Cranston. The little animals were just adorable, and they helped the Giant realised he was great, just the way he was!

They were all a big hit, and we are looking forward to more in the coming weeks -  Summer concerts, a ballet, and awards season.

We are thrilled to see our pupils embody teamwork, confidence, resilience, discipline, fun fun fun, the art of failing and the joy of succeeding. A huge thank you and well done to Mrs Thompson, Mrs. Lane and all the team involved in putting these productions together - but most of all a huge well done to our pupils!
