Our Lower Sixth Literature pupils enjoyed a day in London to watch Shakespeare's ‘The Taming of the Shrew’ at the iconic Globe Theatre on the banks of the River Thames. It gave them a fantastic opportunity to see this classic tale brought to life.
The day also including a walk around the city to visit some of the sights such as St Paul’s cathedral. An really enjoyable day and a chance to gain a deeper understanding of the text they are studying.
