Business and economics pupils from fifth form to Upper Sixth D&T, have enjoyed a trip to 'The Story of JCB' and were treated to a tour of the factory. The pupils learnt about the history of JCB, the developments in it's design and manufacture, marketing and global expansion. They were also shown the assembly line with a variety of manufacturing processes including sand blasting, welding and the paint shop.
