Open Day Academic

It was wonderful to welcome so many to the Senior School campus last Saturday, 13 April, for the first Oswestry School Archives Open Day where we  celebrated our school’s fascinating history and heritage across seven centuries from its foundation in 1407.

A fabulous few hours was spent with over 50 visitors, sharing school-days stories, sharing memorabelia, chatting and re-connecting with old friends. Thank you to everyone who came and supported our first ever Archive Open Day, it was a great day!

You can read more about the Archives open day on Oswestry Connect  - our website resource and support for school leavers, current and past parents, current and former staff, and Old Oswestrians.
