Our Golf Team enjoyed an excellent day at Oulton Hall Golf Club in Leeds this week, competing in the Independent Schools Golf Association Northern Schools Cup.
It was particularly pleasing to see Ollie, Theo and Jake, from different year groups, come together as a team, supporting and encouraging one another throughout the day.
The trio all finished in the top 20 of the Nett competition, with Ollie finishing 6th, Theo 13th and Jake 20th in a field of 45 players.
As a team, Oswestry finished 13th in the Gross competition and an impressive 6th in the Nett competition.
A fantastic result and a great example of the friendships and teamwork that can develop through school sport.
