Young Volunteers Support Hills Ford Stages Rally

It was fantastic to see two Oswestry School pupils, Archie and Jasper, volunteering at the Hills Ford Stages rally yesterday in support of SRS.

The boys took on their responsibilities with maturity, enthusiasm and professionalism. Archie helped with traffic management and directed members of the public, while Jasper handled card payments. They also had the chance to enjoy some of the rally action themselves.

Their involvement is a great example of the positive contribution young people can make within their local community, and we’re grateful to them for giving their time to support SRS.

SRS is a local charity providing free, confidential support to farmers, farming families and rural communities across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. We offer emotional support and practical guidance to people facing challenges including isolation, bereavement, relationship difficulties and financial pressures.

The rally provided a fantastic fundraising opportunity, helping us raise both awareness and vital funds to continue this important work.

Thank you to Archie and Jasper, and to everyone who helped make the day such a success!
