Our First Form pupils have been studying the world of digital filmmaking during Computing class this term. Last week, they began shooting their own original short films, bringing their creative visions to life. 

To mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day, Oswestry School has planted a sapling from the original Bramley apple tree on the Senior School grounds. During World War II, the humble Bramley apple played a vital role as a nutritious and accessible food resource, and this tree will stand as a symbol of gratitude for the part it played in the war effort.

This week's Forte gathering was held by our Headmaster, Mr Middleton, and Deputy Head Pupils, Ms Amanda Coultas. Our Co-curricular Creative Writing Club had the pleasure of welcoming Gemma from Qube Oswestry this week for a special workshop in preparation for our upcoming Poetry Evening, taking place on Thursday 19th June.
