1st Former, Thomas has had a successful end to his 1st school year at Senior School with a week in Madeira, at the European Championships, taking a strong 11th Overall in the Triathle event.

The Laser Run competition on Saturday where he finished 12th overall, but on Sunday, he had his biggest challenge, where he was selected for GB in the Under 17 mixed relay Category. Thomas was youngest competitor by far. His team finished a very credible 6th, and most importantly, Thomas had one of the fastest shoots and held his pace with the older runners. It was by far the best running performance from him.

He has now been selected to compete at Loughborough in August at the Schools Games Finals. This is an invite only where Thomas will compete in the under 17 full pentathlon event.

An excellent end to the year for Thomas and we wish him the best of luck for the School Games in August!
