Exam season is always a nerve-wracking time of year, however, our Lower Sixth Form hospitality group spent Tuesday afternoon practising their exemplary customer service skills for part of their Level 3 BTEC Hospitality Diploma. The pupils first practised communicating with new arrivals at a hotel, at Mrs Armstrong's desk. As well as serving one another at a high level of dining in the refectory.
