Sam (4th)
Sam has made significant and consistent progress in many of his classes this term and has frequently displayed a mature approach to the work. Well done Sam! Mr Howell has been working with Sam for some time now and he has seen a real change, not only in his approach to his work but also in his general attitude. In English, he is genuinely enthusiastic and responds very well to all instruction and tuition from his teacher Ms Hill. He is making greater efforts to engage with his peers in an appropriate manner and is always punctual for the lessons. In Geography, he again performs well and frequently displays a positive and mature attitude to the work and the classroom environment.
Hannah (4th)
Hannah found the first few Computer Science lessons really challenging. Rather than be discouraged, she's worked with such zeal that she's now leading the class. In lessons Hannah is consistently perceptive and engaged. Dissatisfied with an 8/10 on her recent homework she rewrote the work based on feedback to gain a perfect score. A truly excellent example of academic flourishing.

In a recent competition in Worcester, Verity came first in Floor and Bar and third in Beam, and was awarded overall U13 champion. Well done Verity! This is a huge achievement for Verity as she has been working hard on overcoming her nerves and anxiety, as previously she struggled to fulfil her potential due to these factors.
