School Bus Driver Receives Neighbour of the Year Award
Earlier this month, a member of the Oswestry School Estates Team received a very special certificate. School mini Bus Driver, Bill Morris, was awarded a 'Neighbour of the Year' award for assistance when his next door neighbour collapsed after feeling unwell. Bill's quick thinking to apply CPR until an ambulance arrived was recognised by the oswestry Life Local Hero awards 2025.
