Forest School at Oswestry School Prep is designed to build confidence, curiosity and independence through purposeful outdoor learning. Children explore our woodland area with carefully planned, age-appropriate activities, supported by staff who know how to make little explorers feel safe, capable and proud.
What to expect on the morning

This open morning is ideal for families with children aged 2-7 who are exploring Nursery and Reception options, and who want to see how an independent Prep School nurtures early years learning in a calm, structured and welcoming environment.

Forest School is weather dependent. If conditions are unsafe, we will contact booked families with an update. Please dress for the weather.
Yes. Staff will be available to answer admissions questions and advise on next steps for Nursery and Reception.
Yes. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian throughout.
